There must be a minimum order of $675 which includes food and alcohol served at your party. Charges for the party will include per person meal charge, total cost of alcohol (if applicable), 20% service charge, $1.25 per person linen fee plus sales tax. To hold room there must be a signed contract and a deposit of $250. Menu selections and set up of the room must be arranged 1 week in advance. A guaranteed guest count is required 72 hours prior to the day of the party and 5 days prior if the party is during the holiday season or a larger party. Additional charges will apply for extra servers and bartenders or for additional time.
